We are a not-for-profit organization and are committed to benefiting and reaching as much of our North Shore community as possible. How we began….
A small spark of an idea began to simmer in Ryan’s head. An event for firefighters to train together and connect. He reached out to three firefighters that he respected and are his mentors. Bill, David and Jordan shared the same spark and dedication, agreeing to help him make this succeed. Two more firefighters, Jacquie and Alex were the last pieces to the puzzle to make the team complete.
This event is run By Firefighters, For Firefighters and we hold ourselves to the highest standards. Our intent is to create an annual event that benefits the growth of firefighters, encourage old and new members, team moral, and helping our North Shore communities.

Growth and Development through challenges that test them in all aspects of training and team building.
Public Education
With a large focus on Public Education, we want to ensure that communities leave our events with more knowledge and understanding of fire safety.
Training
Training Days are included in the event to help Firefighters continue developing and growing their education to the NFPA Standards.
